The use of quality Garnacha, from high altitude vineyards, with the colour and flavour gently extracted in the winery makes for a wine with an abundance of pretty red summer fruits with a delicate and easy texture. Antonio Serrano has vast experience from winemaking in USA and Australia. He uses his extensive contact list of growers to individually select grapes from different vineyard parcels for the creation of specific wines, using hand-picked old vine grapes which have low yields and an intense concentration of aroma and colour.
