The Perfect Serve The Perfect Serve
The rich, fruited characters of the Dalmore 15 Year Old make it a great choice for making a whole host of cocktails. The use of sherry casks in the maturation process of this expression makes using sherry in our signature serve ideal. Grab a cocktail shaker and add some ice followed by 50ml whisky, 15ml Fino sherry (Equipo Navazos La Bota no. 68 Fino Macharnudo Alto) 5ml of simple syrup, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice and a dash of bitters. Shake and strain into an old fashioned glass with a couple of ice cubes and garnish with some orange peel.
