We're thrilled to be considered a key partner and this 12 year old expression is from their Hakushu Distillery, nestled in the mountain forest of Mount Kaikomagatake. A single malt, aged in fine oak casks for a minimum of 12 years that is utterly brilliant. It's an exceptionally fresh whisky with gentle herbal notes, fresh herbs, green apple and a long fresh finish.
