This is a punchy and rich malt that comes from Dalmore's many early experiments with alternative cask maturation. This weighty whisky is first matured in American white oak Bourbon casks before being finished in Port pipes from the house of Graham. It's unique in profile with plenty of autumnal characteristics including cloves, prunes, chocolate, stem ginger, roasted nuts and tobacco leaf. It has a dense fruity nature and a creaminess that is compellingly seductive.
