- Once the fermentation process is complete, we distil in column stills and then age in ex-bourbon barrels to add depth and concentration.

This is a delicious sipping rum, that we carefully blended from two distinct rums, sourced from two single distilleries. The uniqueness of this rum is that we only use column stills in its production (no pot still), with 30% coming from Cuba bringing wonderful lifted botanic notes, and the remaining 70% is a delicious Panamanian rum that lends sweetness and rich woody intensity to the final bottling. Together they join forces and create a wonderfully harmonious and exceptionally well-balanced rum.
