We love this orange blossom and mandarin expression from the award-winning team at the Edinburgh Distillery and how the delicate flavour of natural orange blossom and the candied tang of mandarin are infused with their Classic Gin to create a refreshingly fruity, delicately sweet and charming liqueur.
The Distillery The Distillery
The Edinburgh Gin Story began in 2010 with the launch of their now iconic Classic London Dry. Head Distiller, David Wilkinson, wanted to make a traditional dry gin but include plenty of native Scottish botanicals in the recipe, namely pine buds, mulberries and cobnuts. As a small-batch distiller, they produce a dynamic range of gins for all occasions. Every bottle of Edinburgh Gin is produced at our West End and Leith Distilleries to their very exacting high-standards.
The Perfect Serve The Perfect Serve
We think keeping it simple and allowing the natural flavours of orange blossom and mandarin do their thing is how to go with this lovely gin liqueur. Grab a highball glass and fill with plenty of ice, add 50ml of liqueur, top with soda water and garnish with a twist of orange peel.
