- Torres was one of the first Spanish distillers to use the French Ugni Blanc variety, which brings lovely floral notes to the raw spirit.
- The bottle is inspired by a decanter which dates back to the Torres family's second generation and still survives today.
- As you'd expect after 20 years in oak it's a dark amber colour with masses of spice and dried fruit, and a succulent, mellow texture.
