The latest stunning creation from Germán and his team, fast becoming Chilean masters of the grape. There is a depth of fruit on the nose with the flavours all playing a black card - blackcurrant, blackberry and black cherries are all distinctly noticeable. With layers of vanilla spice and hints of mint mingle with the delicious, ripe black fruit, it's no wonder this vegan wine is so renowned. Everything is wrapped in a blanket of silky tannins. Echoes of the Bordeaux style, but with the thumping, fruit core only the best New World winemakers can produce.

Like the famous albacore tuna, the guys behind Albacore wines have endless energy and determination. Their niche is selecting the best grapes from individual regions and bringing them together seamlessly. This is a rich, smooth red, softened by age. It has pronounced notes of damson fruit with dark undertones, backed by classic mature notes of leather, chocolate box and spice. A beautiful comfort wine with an enveloping structure.

The Pizo series is about expression of varietal character. Tempranillo dominates the Reserva blend and is encouraged to show off its affinity with oak and a bit of age. You'll find signs of evolution where the plum is turning to prune, and the spice from the oak plays an excellent supporting role.
